WHAT IS AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)?
An employee assistance program is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. EAPs can generally offer free and confidential short-term counselling sessions for employees and their immediate household members.
It looks at issues which may be affecting their life, which in turn can affect their work performance and, by default, the productivity of the company. It can help with the following:

Managing Stress and anxiety
