About HeadQuarters
WE ARE ABOUT PREVENTION
At HeadQuarters Counselling Services (HQCS), we believe prevention is powerful. Every person has the capacity to understand and influence their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours — to think smart, feel smart, and live smart.
Our work centres on strengthening emotional health before challenges become overwhelming. We support clients to build awareness, develop emotional regulation skills, and create healthier internal patterns that naturally improve their mental wellbeing.

When people learn to recognise, name, and manage their emotions — positive or negative — they often find their relationships, confidence, and decision‑making improve across every area of life. Emotional health becomes the foundation for navigating setbacks with clarity and resilience.
After working with the HQCS team, clients describe feeling more grounded, more self‑aware, and more capable of understanding the root cause of their difficulties. With this insight, they’re able to make intentional choices and move forward with confidence.
MEET THE TEAM
VEE VINCI
Counsellor
Vee Vinci is a counsellor who breaks the mould of traditional therapy. She is a Mental Health and Wellbeing Expert, Relationship and Family Therapist, and Founder of HeadQuarters Counselling Services. With over a decade of experience in private practice, she blends clinical skill with real‑world practicality, helping people understand themselves, strengthen their emotional health, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Vee breaks the mould of traditional counselling. Her approach is grounded, direct, and refreshingly human — a space where people can speak freely, drop the mask, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Known for her PG‑rated honesty, she uses humour, clarity, and emotional intelligence to make complex ideas simple and accessible.
In 2018, Vee founded HeadQuarters Counselling Services (HQCS), now based in Bicton, Western Australia. Her work spans individual therapy, relationship and family support, and emotional‑intelligence‑based interventions that help clients build self‑leadership and resilience. She is skilled in a range of therapeutic modalities and tailors her approach to the unique needs of each person, couple, or team.

Alongside her clinical work, Vee partners with high‑performing professionals and executive leaders through Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Programs. Her focus is on bridging the gap between personal growth and professional success — helping people lead with self‑awareness, emotional clarity, and confidence.
Vee is also the creator of the #memyselfandi Mastery Program, a guided small‑group therapy experience designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and step into the life they want.
As host of the Not Your Average Counsellor podcast, Vee explores the messy, meaningful, and often humorous realities of being human. She brings warmth and straight talk to conversations about relationships, identity, emotional health, and leadership, offering listeners practical tools to navigate life with more clarity and intention.
Across every part of her work — counselling, coaching, workshops, programs, and speaking — Vee’s mission is simple:
to help people cut through the overwhelm, understand themselves deeply, and build the emotional skillset to thrive in every area of life.

Chelsea has worked as a Mentor with the BUMP Program through the Raise Foundation, supported families through Barwon Child Youth and Family Services, and spent time working with underprivileged and disadvantaged youth in Darwin — experiences that shaped her passion for accessible, emotionally intelligent support.

One of Chelsea’s most significant achievements was designing, writing, and delivering a 12‑month Emotional Intelligence (EQ) program for a remote Pilbara District High School. Taught from Kindy to Year 12, her program helped young people understand emotional reactions, build self‑awareness, and recognise their ability to choose empowered responses. The program received outstanding feedback and remains a testament to her creativity, leadership, and commitment to prevention‑focused mental health education.
While Chelsea has extensive experience with children and teens, she is equally passionate about relationship and couples work, supporting partners to understand their patterns, communicate effectively, and rebuild emotional safety.
Chelsea and Vee share a long history of collaboration, having co‑facilitated intensive emotional‑development workshops over several years. She has worked within multiple counselling organisations across Perth and Melbourne, bringing a wealth of experience to the HQCS team.
Known for her warmth, clarity, and ability to connect with clients of any age or cultural background, Chelsea brings both skill and heart to HeadQuarters Counselling Services. Her work strengthens HQCS’s commitment to emotional intelligence, prevention, and transformative therapeutic support.
